역식붕이 툴은 이미지 번역 작업을 위한 포터블 번역 워크스테이션입니다. 영어 명칭은 YSB Tool입니다. 이 개인정보처리방침은 역식붕이 툴이 사용자의 로컬 작업 데이터, Google Drive 연동 데이터, API 관련 설정과 처리 데이터를 어떻게 접근, 사용, 저장, 공유, 삭제하는지 설명합니다.

역식붕이 툴은 기본적으로 사용자의 컴퓨터에서 실행되는 데스크톱 애플리케이션입니다. 개발자가 운영하는 별도의 서버에 사용자의 프로젝트 파일, Google Drive 파일, API 키를 자동 업로드하지 않습니다.

Google Drive 연동 시 역식붕이 툴이 접근하거나 상호작용할 수 있는 Google 사용자 데이터는 다음과 같습니다.

1. Overview

YSB Tool is a portable image translation workspace. Its Korean name is 역식붕이 툴. This Privacy Policy explains how YSB Tool accesses, uses, stores, shares, and deletes local project data, Google Drive integration data, API-related settings, and API processing data.

YSB Tool is primarily a desktop application that runs on the user's own computer. It does not automatically upload project files, Google Drive files, or API keys to a developer-operated server.

2. What YSB Tool is used for

YSB Tool helps users manage image-based translation projects, including source images, text regions, translated text, masks, inpainting results, font presets, shortcuts, macros, translation prompts, and workspace configuration.

3. Data the application may handle

YSB Tool may handle the following data selected or created by the user on the user's local device:

  • image files and project files loaded by the user
  • source text created by OCR or manual input
  • translation results, typesetting positions, font settings, and style settings
  • masks, inpainting results, final output images, Photoshop scripts, and TXT text files
  • application options, shortcuts, font presets, macros, translation prompts, and workspace settings
  • API keys, API endpoints, and API-related options entered by the user
  • backup files and backup metadata created when the user uses Google Drive backup

4. Google Drive access and Google user data

YSB Tool may request Google Drive access through Google OAuth only when the user chooses to use the Google Drive backup or restore feature. This access is used for workspace settings backup, backup listing, restore, and deletion.

Google OAuth scope used:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file

This scope is used so YSB Tool can access files and folders that the application creates or that the user explicitly selects for use with the application. YSB Tool is not designed to scan the user's entire Google Drive or to read or manage unrelated Drive files.

5. Data Accessed: Google user data accessed

When Google Drive integration is used, YSB Tool may access or interact with the following Google user data:

  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens required to keep the Google Drive connection active
  • account-identifying information returned by OAuth or Google API responses to confirm the connected account
  • file metadata such as name, ID, and modified time for Google Drive folders and files created by YSB Tool or selected by the user through the application
  • workspace backup files uploaded to Google Drive by YSB Tool
  • backup files that the user chooses to restore, download, or delete

6. Data Usage: How Google user data is used

YSB Tool uses Google user data only to provide the following user-requested features:

  • connecting the user's Google Drive account and checking connection status
  • creating or locating the application's backup folder in Google Drive
  • uploading workspace backup files
  • listing previously uploaded backup files
  • downloading and restoring a backup file selected by the user
  • deleting backup files when requested by the user

YSB Tool does not use Google Drive data for advertising, user tracking, profiling, marketing, or data sale.

7. What may be included in workspace backups

Depending on the user's settings and choices, a workspace backup may include:

  • application options and preferences
  • shortcuts and font presets
  • macros and translation prompts
  • workspace folder, UI, cache, and cloud backup settings
  • API-related configuration files, including API provider settings, API keys, and custom API endpoints

Because sensitive settings such as API keys may be included in backup files, users should keep backup files private. YSB Tool does not make backup files publicly shared by default.

8. API-related features and third-party API providers

YSB Tool may provide optional features through API keys or API endpoints entered by the user. For example, OCR, translation, image inpainting, or text processing features may use Google Vision OCR, Google Translate, Gemini, OpenAI, DeepL, DeepSeek, Replicate, or a compatible API provider configured by the user.

  • Only when the user runs the relevant feature, selected images, masks, source text, translation prompts, or text to be translated may be sent to the selected API provider.
  • API keys and API settings are stored by default on the user's local device in application settings or cache.
  • YSB Tool does not upload the user's API keys to a developer-operated external server.
  • Each external API provider may process submitted data according to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
  • Users may choose not to enter API keys, not to use API features, or to delete stored API settings.

9. Data storage and retention

  • Project files, images, TXT files, output files, and application settings are stored by default on the user's local device or in a workspace folder selected by the user.
  • Google OAuth tokens may be stored in the user's local settings or cache folder to keep the Google Drive connection active.
  • Google Drive backup files are stored in the user's own Google Drive account.
  • YSB Tool does not store user data on a centralized server operated by the developer.

10. Data sharing and no sale of data

YSB Tool does not sell Google user data, project data, API keys, or backup files. It does not share Google user data with third parties for advertising, profiling, data brokerage, or marketing purposes. However, when the user runs an API-based feature, the image or text necessary to perform that feature may be sent to the API provider selected by the user.

11. Google API Limited Use and AI/ML training disclosure

YSB Tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YSB Tool does not use Google Drive user data for advertising, profiling, data sale, or training generalized AI/ML models. The developer does not use Google Drive backup files or Google user data as datasets for training its own AI/ML models.

12. User control and deletion

  • Users can disconnect their Google Drive account from the application.
  • When disconnected, locally stored OAuth tokens and local cloud connection cache may be deleted from the user's device.
  • Users can revoke YSB Tool's Google access at any time through their Google account security settings.
  • Users can delete backup files through the application or directly from Google Drive.
  • Users can delete local project files, output files, TXT files, cache files, and API settings files from their device.

13. Security

YSB Tool is designed to manage data on the user's local device and in the user's own Google Drive account. Users should keep API keys and backup files private, especially on shared computers or when backup files contain tokens or API-related settings.

YSB Tool is not directed to children and is not designed to knowingly collect children's personal information.
